Chocolate Bourbon Cake with Chocolate Ganache
I don't really think you can call yourself a bakery without a chocolate cake on deck, so here is mine. Don't read too much into the bourbon in the name, it doesn’t smack you on the face, but more acts as a boost to the chocolate flavor.
